How To Make Adjustments

We've added new ways for you to adjust your inventory in Marijuana Software as well as your METRC inventory. You can now adjust things straight from the new products page as well as the package details page.

New Products Page

Adjust Package

  1. Click on a batch number
  2. On the left side of the screen, click on the “Adjust” button under the stock value
  3. Enter new total and click “Adjust"

Adjust Jar Inventory 

You can only adjust the jar if one has already been created. If you haven’t added a jar yet, click “Add Jar” after clicking on the batch number and opening the pop-up dialog.

  1. Click on a batch number
  2. On the right side of the screen, click on the “Adjust” button under the inventory value
  3. Enter new total and click “Adjust"
  4. (Optional) You can match the POS adjustment in METRC by checking the METRC Adjustment checkbox. This will adjust METRC by the same amount that your are adjusting by in POS

Package Details Page 

Get here by clicking on a batch number on the old products page. On the new products page, click a batch number then click again on the batch number in the titlebar or the pop-up dialog.

Adjust Package

  1. On the left side of the screen, click on the value by “Remaining In Package"
  2. Enter new total and click “Save"

Adjust Jar Inventory 

You can only adjust the jar if one has already been created. If you haven’t added a jar yet, click “Add Jar” towards the center-top of the screen.

  1. Click the “Options” button towards the top-right side of the screen
  2. Select “Adjust Jar” > “Jar Adjustment"
  3. Enter the new total then click “Save"
  4. (Optional) You can match the POS adjustment in METRC by checking the METRC Adjustment checkbox. This will adjust METRC by the same amount that your are adjusting by in POS

Adjust Metrc

  1. Click on the “Metrc Inventory” tab towards the top-center of the screen
  2. Click “Adjust Package” under that tab
  3. Enter the adjustment amount and click “Adjust"
