Incorrect “You’ve Reached Your Limit” Warning With A Patient’s Order


If you think you have incorrectly ran into a limit warning while ringing up a patient, it is likely that the units in the product details of the items you are ringing up are incorrectly entered. To fix this, note each item you are attempting to ring up. For each item check the package details by:

Old Products Page:

  1. Click on the batch number of the product
  2. Click on the button “Click to edit package"
  3. Make sure the unit weight and unit of measure are entered correctly. For deli style cannabis products, unit weight should be “1” and uom is “grams”. If it’s prepackaged ounces, then the unit weight would be “28” and uom still “grams”. For edibles, make sure mg are selected. 

New Products Page:

  1. Click on the batch number of the product
  2. Click the “Package” button on the button of the pop-up dialog
  3. Make sure the unit weight and unit of measure are entered correctly. For deli style cannabis products, unit weight should be “1” and uom is “grams”. If it’s prepackaged ounces, then the unit weight would be “28” and uom still “grams”. For edibles, make sure mg are selected.
