How do I add customer loyalty points?


Steps:

  1. Click Sales in the Menu
  2. Find your customer and then click the New Order button next to their name 
  3. On the Sales screen click the Rewards button
  4. In the Points Manager add a number of points by clicking the +/- buttons
  5. Click the Add Points button to save the points
  6. To deduct points enter a value with the minus sign like -5
  7. The system will make a note that will be saved with the patient record
  8. Optionally add a custom note to the patients point record by entering text in the Reward Points Notes section.
