Fix Duplicated Metrc Import In Products Page
A. First you will need to Archive the duplicated product in Marijuana Software:
1. Click on the “Products” link at the top of the page.
2. Find the product you’d like to delete in the list, click on the Batch Number
3. Under the “Sales Floor Inventory Tab” halfway down the window, click on “Archive Package”
4. Confirm that you want to archive the product.
B. Then you adjust the package weight/quantity in METRC:
1. Login to METRC
2. In the METRC menu click Packages
3. Click the Active Tab
4. A list of your active METRC packages will appear
5. Click on your package, the row will turn orange
6. Click the Adjust button at the top of the page
7. A popup window will appear
8. In the pop-up window enter:
a. The New Value (This is the amount of product you really have)
b. Reason (Like, Beginning Inventory Reconciliation)
c. Reason Note (short note on the change like 'ERROR')
d. Adjustment Date (Click the TODAY button)
e. Click the Adjust button at the bottom of the page
9. The package is now adjusted.
