How do I adjust a package in METRC?
Steps:
- Login to METRC
- In the METRC menu click Packages
- Click the Active Tab
- A list of your active METRC packages will appear
- Click on your package, the row will turn orange
- Click the Adjust button at the top of the page
- A popup window will appear
- In the pop-up window enter:
- The New Value (This is the amount of product you really have)
- Reason (Like, Beginning Inventory Reconciliation)
- Reason Note (short note on the change like 'ERROR')
- Adjustment Date (Click the TODAY button)
- Click the Adjust button at the bottom of the page
- The package is now adjusted.
